We are looking for a Stock Keeper for our shop based in Bicester Village.
Mission:
To ensure proper management of products within the store, your main responsibilities will include:
- Receiving packages and processing deliveries according to group procedures.
- Checking the quality and conformity of delivered products.
- Preparing and processing transfers of products and collection returns following procedures.
- Preventing unknown markdowns by proposing and implementing action plans.
- Maintaining optimal inventory results by regularly checking stock conformity through rotating inventories and addressing discrepancies.
- Organizing product storage in the warehouse for efficient restocking and maintaining cleanliness and orderliness.
- Monitoring stock rotation to anticipate restocking needs proactively.
- Contributing to the improvement of the store\’s performance indicators.
Profile required:
- Previous successful experience in retail stock management, preferably in the premium or luxury sector.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong commercial sense and results-oriented mindset.
- Good knowledge of retail standards.
- Italian language skills would be highly appreciated.
