Jil Sander is seeking an experienced and dynamic Concession Manager for our point of sales in Selfridges. The Concession Manager will act as a brand ambassador, driving business performance while ensuring the highest standards of client experience, operational excellence and team development.
Key Responsibilities- Lead, inspire and develop the store team to foster a high-performance and client-centric culture.
- Coach and support team members to achieve individual and collective targets.
- Oversee recruitment, onboarding, training and ongoing development of staff.
- Manage scheduling and rostering in line with business needs and budget.
- Drive sales performance, productivity and profitability, ensuring achievement of targets and KPIs.
- Monitor and manage P&L, controlling costs and optimizing store efficiency.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients and local stakeholders.
- Lead CRM initiatives and client development strategies to strengthen long-term relationships.
- Oversee and promote long-distance and omni-channel sales opportunities.
- Ensure store standards are consistently maintained at the highest level in line with brand guidelines.
- Guarantee compliance with company policies, procedures, health & safety regulations.
- Supervise stock management, BOH organization and space optimization.
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
- Results-driven with a strong customer-centric mindset.
