Jil Sander is looking for the perfect profile as Stock Keeper for our Outlet in Bicester Village.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Play an active role in ensuring the entire stock cycle runs smoothly.
  • Under the guidance of the Store Manager, oversee all stock activities, including inventory management, organization, stock control and cycle counts.
  • Execute accurate and timely shipping to final clients, ensuring luxury service standards.
  • Receive, inspect and process incoming products, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company procedures.
  • Properly ship, receive and distribute products and process related documentation and invoices in a timely manner.
  • Maintain stockroom organization according to company standards, ensuring products are stored safely and efficiently.
  • Monitor stock levels and proactively support replenishment activities to ensure product availability on the sales floor.
  • Support the sales team by locating and replenishing products promptly to maximize the client experience.
  • Perform regular stock counts and assist with inventories and audits, ensuring inventory accuracy.
  • Ensure compliance with company procedures, loss prevention policies and health & safety standards.
  • Report discrepancies, damaged products or operational issues to the Store Manager and support the implementation of corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with the retail team to ensure efficient stock flow and smooth day-to-day store operations.
  • Contribute to maintaining a clean, organized and secure stockroom environment at all times.

  • Proactively provide the best possible experience to the Jil Sander customer contributing to establish Jil Sander as a truly customer-centric brand.

Requirements:

  • Good handling of numbers.
  • Back-office skills and inventory/stock management.
  • Previous experience as Stock Keeper (at least 2 years).
  • Flexibility and availability to work during weekends.
  • Languages: proficiency in Italian and English.

Nice to have:

  • Good knowledge of RBO, DRT and Power BI.
