Jil Sander is looking for the perfect profile as Stock Keeper for our Outlet in Bicester Village.
Main Responsibilities:
- Play an active role in ensuring the entire stock cycle runs smoothly.
- Under the guidance of the Store Manager, oversee all stock activities, including inventory management, organization, stock control and cycle counts.
- Execute accurate and timely shipping to final clients, ensuring luxury service standards.
- Receive, inspect and process incoming products, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company procedures.
- Properly ship, receive and distribute products and process related documentation and invoices in a timely manner.
- Maintain stockroom organization according to company standards, ensuring products are stored safely and efficiently.
- Monitor stock levels and proactively support replenishment activities to ensure product availability on the sales floor.
- Support the sales team by locating and replenishing products promptly to maximize the client experience.
- Perform regular stock counts and assist with inventories and audits, ensuring inventory accuracy.
- Ensure compliance with company procedures, loss prevention policies and health & safety standards.
- Report discrepancies, damaged products or operational issues to the Store Manager and support the implementation of corrective actions.
- Collaborate with the retail team to ensure efficient stock flow and smooth day-to-day store operations.
- Contribute to maintaining a clean, organized and secure stockroom environment at all times.
