The predicted salary is between 12 - 16 £ per hour.

Oswestry School is seeking a part-time Bursary Assistant to start as soon as possible. Reporting to the Finance Manager, the key responsibilities include:

  • Facilities hire booking
  • Calendar management and invoicing
  • Coordination of post and incoming deliveries with porterage as required
  • Telephone and reception duties
  • Greeting visitors and contractors
  • Petty cash, banking and general administration tasks to support the Finance and Estates Department of the school

The hours of work will be part-time (25 hours per week) working 12.00pm to 5pm Monday to Friday and the role is full year (52 weeks). Remuneration for this role will be at the current National Living Wage.

The successful candidate will need to have a friendly and polite manner and good computer IT skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills and organisational skills are essential.
