We now have an exciting opportunity for a talented Head Pastry Chef to join our team at Oswald’s Club in Mayfair, leading the pastry departments of our two renowned restaurants.

Working Hours
48 hours a week, 7 shifts per week. The club is closed on Sundays, Bank Holidays and throughout Christmas each year.
What You Will Do
- Lead the pastry team during service, ensuring a smooth, efficient, and calm environment
- Menu development, seasonal creations, and new pastry concepts
- Maintain excellent organisation, stock rotation, and quality control
- Train, mentor, and guide junior pastry chefs
What are we looking for?
- Strong background in high‑end, luxury, or Michelin‑standard pastry kitchens, with proven experience in restaurant environments
- Proven experience creating classic restaurant pastry desserts
- Calm, organised, and proactive, with the ability to lead and inspire a small team
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
