Working Hours
48 hours a week. 7 shifts per week. The club is closed on Sundays, Bank Holidays and throughout Christmas each year.
What you will do
- Lead the pastry team during service, ensuring a smooth, efficient, and calm environment.
- Menu development, seasonal creations, and new pastry concepts.
- Maintain excellent organisation, stock rotation, and quality control.
- Train, mentor, and guide junior pastry chefs.
What are we looking for
- Strong background in high-end, luxury, or Michelin-standard pastry kitchens, with proven experience in restaurant environments.
- Proven experience creating classic restaurant pastry desserts.
- Calm, organised, and proactive, with the ability to lead and inspire a small team.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
