Your Role

As Country Manager, you will be responsible for establishing and growing OSW's solar distribution business in the UK. This is a high-impact role combining strategic leadership and hands-on execution, where you will build the business from the ground up and position OSW as a leading distributor in the UK market.

What You'll Do

  • Drive market entry and growth by developing and executing OSW's UK strategy, identifying opportunities, and building a strong network of installers, EPCs, and commercial partners.
  • Own revenue and commercial performance, driving sales across modules, inverters, storage, and related solar components while developing pricing strategies and commercial agreements.
  • Set up and manage local operations, including logistics and distribution, ensuring product availability and delivery performance while working closely with global supply chain teams and local partners.
  • Build and lead a high-performing local team, recruiting and developing talent, setting clear KPIs, and fostering a results-driven, entrepreneurial culture.
  • Take full ownership of the regional P&L, managing budgets, driving profitability, and providing strategic insights on market performance, risks, and opportunities.
  • Represent OSW in the UK market at industry events, building strong relationships and strengthening brand presence.

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience in solar distribution, wholesale, or EPC environments.
  • Strong track record of commercial growth and market development.
  • Solid understanding of the UK solar market, including regulatory frameworks and incentives.
  • Experience building and managing B2B customer and partner networks.
  • Strong leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a hands-on approach.
  • Fluency in English (additional European languages are a plus).
  • Based in the UK (ideally London, Midlands, or South East).

Why Join OSW?

  • Play a key role in building OSW's presence in the UK from the ground up.
  • Be part of a fast-growing, international renewable energy business.
  • Have a direct impact on strategy, growth, and market positioning.
