As we continue our expansion across Europe, we are looking for an experienced Warehouse Manager to establish and lead our warehouse operations in the UK. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys building efficient operations, leading teams, and making a real impact within a fast-growing international business. As Warehouse Manager, you will take ownership of the day-to-day warehouse operation, ensuring products are received, stored, and dispatched safely, accurately, and efficiently. You'll work closely with the leadership team to optimise warehouse performance, improve processes, and deliver outstanding service to our customers. Lead all warehouse operations, including inbound and outbound logistics Ensure inventory accuracy through regular stock control and cycle counts Coordinate transport, deliveries, collections and third-party logistics providers Optimise warehouse layout and processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs Monitor warehouse performance through KPIs and reporting Lead, coach and develop the warehouse team Support IT asset management, onboarding and operational equipment where required Proven experience managing warehouse, logistics or operations teams Experience working with warehouse management systems or ERP software Ability to analyse operational data and drive continuous improvement Strong understanding of warehouse safety and compliance Forklift licence (or willingness to obtain one if required) Opportunity to build and shape warehouse operations in the UK.
