We are looking for an ambitious and success-driven Sales Development Representative, with experience in consistently meeting and exceeding targets. You will be working on the frontline of our commercial team, finding opportunities to sell our industry leading private markets data and intelligence. Ultimately you will be responsible for the critical step of engaging and booking meetings with world leading businesses. Working in a fast-paced environment with the expectation to create your own work that requires a hungry and motivated attitude.

As a Sales Development Representative, you will partner with the Senior Business Development Managers who you will be booking meetings for. As a result of your business development, the BDM will go on to close the sales resulting in revenue for With Intelligence. In this role you will:

  • Generate leads and meetings by engaging with senior decision makers by leveraging our content, technology and industry knowledge in order to book quality meetings.
  • Deliver tailored and impactful communication focusing on our value proposition. Your prospecting may take the form of phone calls, emails, social media, videos or attendance at industry events.
  • Keep the territory and named accounts list up to date, alongside adding new prospects, ensuring all the relevant account information is included.
  • Partner with your Senior Business Development Manager, being able to effectively communicate your plans whilst following their advice and instructions.
  • Plan your time effectively focusing on the activity that enables you to hit or exceed your targets.
  • Continually review and analyse how you spend your time, reflecting on your approach and refining for ongoing improvement.
  • Build both an internal and an external network, enabling you to keep up to date and be successful through those relationships.
  • Be working in a niche market that is continually changing- we will provide you with training and support, but you will need to keep up to date with the industry.
  • Work in collaboration with the wider Business Development Team. You will share your experience or learnings with other team members and get the opportunity to learn and receive feedback from them also.

Requirements:

  • A proven track record of hitting or exceeding multiple targets in the past. If you were unable to achieve all your targets, you will have demonstrated what you have learnt from the experience and know what to do differently next time.
  • Worked as part of a high performing sales team where you have shared your experience with others and have acted upon the constructive feedback from your peers as well as your managers.
