The Loan Platforms suite within S&P Global Market Intelligence provides an electronic ecosystem that streamlines syndicated loan trading, settlement, and operational workflows across market participants. The ecosystem includes ClearPar, the market-leading solution for syndicated loan trade settlement, and ADFlow, which provides secure administrative details and settlement instructions. These platforms are used by lenders, agent banks, custodians, trustees, borrowers, and legal professionals to automate loan trade affirmation, confirmation, and settlement processes while reducing operational risk and improving settlement efficiency.
The Implementation Specialist Intern will support the onboarding and implementation of clients onto the Loan Platforms ecosystem. The role will work closely with Implementation, Product, QA, and Development teams to assist in integrating client trading systems and operational workflows with the platform. This internship provides exposure to financial market infrastructure, client onboarding processes, system integrations, and operational workflows within the syndicated loan market.

Responsibilities:
- Support the execution of implementation plans for client onboarding and system integrations.
- Maintain documentation related to client implementation progress, requirements, and issue tracking.
- Support customer testing cycles across multiple environments and assist in managing test data when needed.
- Assist in identifying and tracking issues during implementation cycles and coordinate with internal teams for resolution.
- Help maintain implementation documentation and handbooks when new product features are introduced.
- Participate in product testing and support cycles as required.
- Contribute to a final project or improvement initiative related to implementation processes during the internship.
What We’re Looking For:
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Technology, or a related field.
- Interest in financial markets, fintech platforms, or enterprise software implementations.
- Familiarity with project management concepts and the software development life cycle (SDLC).
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Experience with Excel, PowerPoint, Word, or similar tools is advantageous.
- Basic understanding of databases, SQL, or XML data structures is a plus.
