About the Role:
The team is fast-paced, collaborative and largely self-sufficient, working closely with colleagues across Commercial, Sales, Facilities and regional leadership. It provides broad business support in a dynamic London-based environment, balancing day-to-day coordination with involvement in team activities, events and wider company initiatives. What sets it apart is the variety of stakeholders and responsibilities, offering a highly visible and varied role within the London office.
Responsibilities and Impact:
- Support the smooth day-to-day running of the London office, including workplace resources, hospitality, meeting arrangements and facilities-related queries.
- Provide proactive administrative support to the Commercial team and senior London-based stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
- Coordinate travel and expenses for the Commercial team and approximately 15–20 colleagues, including guidance for new joiners.
- Support leadership meetings, client visits, calendars and office communications, working closely with teams across the business.
- Plan and coordinate events such as town halls, fireside chats, Commercial offsites, client receptions and team activities.
- Build strong relationships with employees, leaders, visitors and vendors while gaining broad exposure to office management, events, facilities and senior stakeholder support.
What We’re Looking For:
Basic Required Qualifications:
- Proven experience in office management, administrative support or a similar role, with excellent organisational skills and strong attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the confidence to interact professionally with employees, senior leaders, vendors and visitors.
- Demonstrated sound judgment, discretion and professionalism when handling confidential or sensitive information.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience using workplace, travel, expense and collaboration tools.
- A proven ability to build effective relationships across teams and provide proactive, service-focused support.
Additional Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience supporting commercial, client-facing, or senior leadership teams within a corporate environment.
- Experience coordinating office events, leadership meetings, client visits, or employee engagement activities.
- Familiarity with travel and expense processes, facilities coordination, onboarding support, and vendor or hospitality management.
