About the Role:
The Team: We are looking to hire a positive, proactive Salesforce product owner to oversee project teams and scrum teams to ensure tech projects are completed on time. The Salesforce product owner will direct and coordinate the utilization of resources across divisions of the project to reach targets. This role will communicate with stakeholders during all phases of the project and close it efficiently. This role will be responsible for translating stakeholder project requirements to the scrum team for technical development and project execution.
Responsibilities and Impact:
- Oversee large multiple stakeholder and scrum team projects
- Liaising with stakeholders such as project personnel, stakeholders, and end-users regarding project requirements
- Outlining, defining, and initiating the project
- Implementing document control policies, documentation templates, and change management progress
- Maintaining a good working knowledge across multiple projects at different points in time
- Maintaining communication between business stakeholders and technical scrum teams
- Monitoring project progress and implementing changes where necessary
- Liaise with Scrum Master and scrum team to groom and prioritize user stories
- Ensuring compliance across functional objectives, organizational policies, procedures, and ensure team use cases
- Compiling project reports and informing management and stakeholders regarding problems
- Ensuring project complies with best practices, SOPs, PMO policies, and other policies
- Managing a project with the scrum team from initiation requirements to deployment
What We’re Looking For:
Basic Required Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in a project management role
- Understanding of Azure Dev Ops project management system
- Thorough understanding of project management fundamentals
- Understanding of software development life cycle
- Outstanding leadership, organizational, and time management skills
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
- Knowledge of Salesforce.com backend
- Strong people skills
