OSTTRA is seeking a highly motivated and commercially astute Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Business Partner to join our London-based Finance department. Operating within a dynamic, Private Equity-backed environment, this role is situated on the commercial side of the organization, partnering directly with Product Owners and senior leadership. The successful candidate will provide the analytical rigor and strategic financial insights required to inform critical business decisions. Responsibilities and impact:
- Strategic Business Partnering: Serve as the primary financial liaison for designated Product Owners, guiding commercial strategy through robust data analysis and comprehensive financial modeling.
- Executive Stakeholder Management: Confidently articulate and present complex financial findings, trend analyses, and strategic recommendations to senior leadership, including members of the Executive and Management Committees.
- Advanced Data Analysis & Remediation: Utilize highly advanced Microsoft Excel functionalities to navigate complex datasets, identify operational discrepancies, conduct trend analyses, and facilitate effective problem resolution.
- Agile Financial Output: Manage and execute ad-hoc, time-sensitive analytical requests characteristic of a Private Equity-backed structure, ensuring the delivery of accurate, high-fidelity outputs that drive immediate business value.
- Process Optimization & Innovation: Identify and implement operational efficiencies to enhance both the velocity and quality of the team’s deliverables, demonstrating a proactive interest in integrating AI and automation into existing finance workflows.
