We're looking for an organised, creative and enthusiastic Marketing & CRM Assistant to support our marketing activities and help us continue growing our brand. This is an ideal opportunity for someone looking to build experience in B2B marketing while working closely with a small, ambitious team where you'll have genuine ownership of your work.

The Role

Working approximately 6 hours each week, you'll support our ongoing marketing activities by creating content, maintaining our website, assisting with marketing campaigns and helping keep our CRM and marketing systems organised. You'll be encouraged to bring ideas, improve existing processes and help shape how we market ourselves.

Typical responsibilities include:

  • Writing LinkedIn posts and website articles
  • Updating website content
  • Creating simple graphics using tools such as Canva
  • Assisting with email marketing campaigns
  • Supporting webinars and events
  • Maintaining marketing content calendars
  • Creating customer success stories and case studies
  • Keeping CRM records organised and up to date
  • Assisting with SEO and website improvements
  • Researching prospects, industries and partners
  • Monitoring marketing performance and preparing simple reports

Requirements
