Lead Ostify's commercial side from day one, and help turn first pilots into a company that puts building power in clinicians' hands across the NHS.
Clinicians know what their patients need. Most never get to build it. Digital tools are made for them, not by them, and good ideas stall waiting for budget, engineers or a supplier.
Ostify changes that. Clinicians use it to build safe, tested AI agents from their own approved content, with no coding and with safety and assurance built in. Along the way, they see exactly how their agent works: what it draws on, how it's tested and where its limits are. That understanding builds confidence, cuts the cost of bringing new ideas to life, and opens the door to innovation from the people closest to patients.
The platform is built and clinically led. Osteoblast (build) and Osteoclast (evaluate) are live on a free plan, and Osteocite, our assurance layer, is next. What Ostify needs now is someone to bring it to the clinicians and services ready to build. As our co-founder, you'd help turn first pilots into a company that puts building power in clinicians' hands across the NHS.
Is this right for you?
This is an early-stage co-founder role, so it suits some people better than others. It's worth being clear upfront.
It may not be the right time for you if:
- You need a salary in the near term. Pay starts once we raise pre-seed, so you'll need to support yourself until then.
- You prefer an established role. There's no team or playbook yet, so you'd be building the commercial side from the start.
- Your time is very limited. We can start part-time, but it needs steady weekly time and one day a week together in London.
- You'd rather advise than do. Early on, you'd be leading conversations, bids and deals yourself.
- Health and care is new to you. NHS buying has its own pace and rules, so experience here really matters.
It could be a great fit if you want ownership of something you help build, you're comfortable with early-stage risk, and you'd enjoy shaping a company from the ground up.
The role
