We’re on the lookout for an experienced Senior Account Manager to join our Client Services team. You’ll be working on career-defining projects with some of the most exciting brands in the industry - helping to shape their social strategy and deliver outstanding client satisfaction.

To thrive in this role, you’ll need to be a natural collaborator. Someone who’s as comfortable leading client conversations as they are getting stuck into the detail. You’ll work closely with our clients and internal teams to bring big ideas to life, all while keeping campaigns focused, strategic, and aligned to business goals. With an ever-growing portfolio of globally recognised brands, we want someone passionate to join us on this journey.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Delivering a standout client experience, ensuring projects run smoothly, stay on brief and hit deadlines (and budgets).
  • Spotting opportunities to improve the way we work - streamlining processes, managing scope and driving efficiencies.
  • Understanding the commercial picture for each project and ensuring expectations and deliverables are clear and managed.
  • Collaborating across strategy, content and paid teams to create smart, joined-up campaigns that deliver measurable results.
  • Sharing your knowledge generously by supporting, mentoring, and inspiring more junior team members.
  • Turning data into insight and reports into stories that help clients understand performance, impact, and next steps.

  • Previous experience in an agency or fast-paced marketing environment

We work in a hybrid model, with team members in the office three days a week. If this setup doesn’t quite work for you, please let us know in your application. Our office is based in Comberton, just outside of Cambridge, with free onsite parking. You’ll also get 26 days holiday (plus bank holidays), enhanced parental and sick pay, a cycle-to-work scheme, pension plan, and the option to join our private healthcare scheme.
