Through high-quality teaching and effective assessment, they willdevelop confident, independent learners who are well prepared for their nextsteps in education, employment or training.

About You
The successful candidatewill be…
- A qualified teacher holding QualifiedTeacher Status (QTS), preferably with a subject specialism of Psychology.
- Passionate about delivering high-qualityteaching and learning that enables all students to achieve their fullpotential.
- An excellent classroom practitioner withstrong subject knowledge across Social Sciences, including areas such asPsychology, Sociology or related disciplines.
- Skilled in creating a positive, inclusiveand supportive learning environment that fosters student engagement,achievement and wellbeing.
- Confident in using a range of teachingstrategies, assessment methods and educational technologies to enhance learningoutcomes.
- Committed to continuous professionaldevelopment and able to contribute positively to departmental and whole-schoolimprovement initiatives.
