Ossett Academy& Accord Sixth Form are seeking to appoint an exceptional Pupil Services Officerto join our dynamic Pastoral Team.
In this vital, hands-on role, you will be a key face of the Academy, driving success by welcoming pupils onsite each morning, maintaining our Standards for Success, and ensuring thesehigh benchmarks are upheld throughout the entire school day.
Working closelywith our Pastoral Year Leaders (PYLs), you will also provide essentialadministrative support to the department, responding to live incidents inlessons and around site, and directly assisting our teaching staff and pupils.
The ideal candidate willpossess a calm, resilient nature, excellent conflict resolution skills and theadministrative competence to manage a varied workload.
The position is on a full-timebasis working Monday to Thursday 8.00am to 4.00pm and Friday 8.00am to3.30pm, with a half an hour unpaid lunch break per day.
This position is temporary forup to one year in the first instance.
