OSSAI is a personal branding agency for established talent in sport, entertainment, business and culture. We work with clients such as Jake Humphrey, Timothy Armoo, Spencer Matthews and Danni Menzies, building and running their presence across LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, Substack and podcasts. We are growing quickly and moving from content delivery into strategy and accountability for high-profile clients.
We are hiring a Senior Account Manager to own the day-to-day management of our entire client roster. This role exists to remove the ceiling on our growth. This is not a coordination role. You will own client outcomes, not just tasks. You will be the person clients trust, the person the production team looks to for direction, and the person who makes sure every client is looked after, on time, every week, without the founder having to chase it.
What you will own:
- You will manage a portfolio of clients across personal branding retainers.
- The work is multi-platform, led by Instagram and LinkedIn and extending to TikTok, Substack and podcasts, spanning daily content operations, short-form video pipelines and full social media management.
- You will run the client relationships end to end and coordinate the production team that delivers the work.
Key responsibilities:
- Client relationships and retention: Be the main point of contact for your clients. Keep every relationship warm, responsive and moving. Hold a 24-hour response standard so no client ever goes quiet because they feel ignored. Spot churn risk early and act on it. Adapt your tone to the client.
- Content pipeline and quality: Own the flow of content from idea to published post across every platform a client is active on. Ensure every brief that reaches an editor is complete and production-ready.
- Team and production coordination: Direct the production team of video editors and designers. Brief them properly, keep cards moving through the pipeline, and chase work that goes stale before it becomes a problem.
- Reporting and strategic input: Deliver the monthly and bi-weekly performance reports and recommendations clients expect. Come to the founder with ideas, not just updates.
- Process and systems: Keep our content planning, scheduling and project management systems clean and current, and our client communication organised.
Decision-making authority: You will be trusted to run things without waiting on the founder. You can decide on routine content approvals, standard client responses, chasing and directing editors, and moving work through the pipeline.
Who you will work with: Our roster spans household names and fast-growing founders across sport, motorsport, entertainment, business and culture. You will work directly with these individuals and their teams.
About you:
- You have run client accounts before, ideally at a social, PR, talent or personal branding agency.
- You are genuinely personable and can build a relationship with a high-profile client.
- You are proactive and organised, managing your own time well.
- You are comfortable with content, social platforms and the creator economy.
- You are UK-based and able to travel to meet clients or attend shoots when needed.
- You are set up to work as a contractor and handle your own tax.
Nice to have:
- Experience working with public figures or talent.
- Familiarity with multi-platform content, especially Instagram and LinkedIn.
- Comfort using AI tools in a content workflow.
The details: This is a freelance / contract role, not PAYE. Competitive monthly retainer, depending on experience. We move quickly, so we are looking to bring the right person on within a couple of weeks.
