Your new responsibilities:

Manage quality across NPD, production, warehouse, and stock
Conduct laboratory testing, failure analysis, and benchmarking
Investigate customer complaints and product returns
Perform incoming, outgoing, and intervention inspections
Support supplier failure analysis and continuous improvement actions
Oversee production quality, packaging, and rework activities
Support Technical Helpline with high priority investigations
Maintain and support the Quality Management System (QMS), including audits
Manage lab equipment, calibration, and 5S standards

Who we are looking for:

Hands on quality experience in an electronics environment
Knowledge of electronics testing and IPC standards
Strong problem solving, analytical, and reporting skills
Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively
High attention to detail
Desirable: ISO 9001 experience, root cause analysis, DFMEA/PFMEA, SAP knowledge, soldering experience, driving Licence
