Due to exciting growth, OSPT has an immediate opportunity for a passionate and experienced Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our dynamic team.
About the Role
As a PTA with us, you’ll play an integral role in delivering exceptional, evidence-based care to a diverse and active patient population. You’ll work side-by-side with experienced physical therapists in a supportive, high-energy environment where teamwork and learning thrive. Your responsibilities include:
- Co-treating and collaborating with physical therapists to provide individualized, hands-on care.
- Guiding patients through therapeutic exercises, manual techniques, and functional training programs.
- Accurately documenting treatment sessions, patient progress, and outcomes in accordance with clinic and compliance standards.
- Educating and motivating patients to stay engaged throughout their rehab journey.
- Tracking progress, communicating updates, and ensuring continuity of care.
- Contributing to a positive, team-oriented clinic culture that emphasizes excellence and patient success.

About You
You'd be a great fit for this role if you bring the following:
- Strong orthopedic experience and a passion for delivering quality, evidence-based patient care.
- Experience treating a diverse caseload, including general orthopedics, pre/post-surgical rehab, spine care, balance, and vestibular conditions.
- A strong interest in sports medicine and manual-based care, working with athletes from the Cape Cod Baseball League, high school athletes, active seniors, and weekend warriors.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build lasting relationships with patients and teammates.
- A team-first mentality and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
- A desire for continuous learning, collaboration, and professional growth.
- A pending or active and in good-standing Massachusetts PTA license.
