The Company: We are a founder led and owned British heritage leather goods and accessories brand. Born 45 years ago we have been designers, manufacturers, wholesalers and retailers, and like our products, we hope we get better with age! Our creative and operational home is based in our converted stables in beautiful Hertfordshire parkland with our new Distribution Centre just 10 minutes away in Hemel Hempstead. The role: Reporting to the Senior Creative, we're looking for a talented and enthusiastic Junior Creative to join our small in-house design studio and help bring OSPREY LONDON to life across digital and print. This is a varied, hands-on role with real ownership. You'll take the lead on much of our day-to-day creative across email, organic social and content, while supporting larger campaigns, retail, packaging and wholesale projects. You'll need a great eye, strong design skills and the ability to produce quality creative at pace, with video editing skills a big plus.
Where: Based at our Head Office in Great Gaddesden and our Distribution Centre in Hemel Hempstead
Hours: Monday - Friday (37.5 hours per week)
Your story so far: You’ll have around 1–3 years' experience in graphic design, ideally with some exposure to fashion, accessories, luxury, beauty or retail. Your portfolio will demonstrate a strong foundation in typography, composition and layout, with experience across digital and print. You’ll have a good creative eye, plenty of curiosity and a genuine interest in fashion, brands, photography, social and the wider creative landscape. You’ll be comfortable taking a clear brief and running with it, while being open to feedback and keen to keep learning. Most importantly, you’ll be hands‑on, organised and happy working at pace across lots of different types of creative.

Your character and skills will include:
- A strong foundation in typography, composition and layout, with a great eye for detail
- Good working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite
- Strong digital design skills across email, organic social and web, with an understanding of how creative adapts across different channels and formats
- Experience designing for print, with good attention to artwork, sizing and print specifications
- A good eye for photography, imagery, colour and visual storytelling
- Video editing skills for short-form social and digital content, with GIFs and animation a bonus
- Able to work at pace, managing multiple briefs and quick turnarounds while maintaining a high standard
- Comfortable taking creative direction and running with it, while being confident asking questions, taking feedback and contributing ideas
- A collaborative, proactive approach with strong organisation and a willingness to get stuck in
- A genuine interest in fashion, brands, retail and the wider creative landscape, with curiosity about AI and emerging creative tools
Your main responsibilities will be:
- Creating - Working alongside the Senior Creative to deliver high-quality creative across brand and seasonal campaigns, website and email, organic and paid social, retail POS and windows, packaging, catalogues, look-books and wholesale materials, alongside GIFs, animation and short-form video. You’ll work from briefs and established creative concepts, adapting ideas confidently across different channels and formats while gradually taking ownership of more of your own creative projects.
- Supporting the brand - You’ll help ensure OSPREY LONDON feels consistent, premium and recognisable across every touchpoint, following our visual identity and brand guidelines while developing your understanding of what makes great brand creative. You’ll stay curious about fashion, retail, design, social and competitor activity, sharing ideas and inspiration with the wider team.
- Working as part of the studio - You’ll work closely with the Senior Creative, managing your workload and communicating proactively about progress and deadlines. You’ll take feedback positively and apply it quickly, while building the confidence to contribute your own ideas and, as your experience grows, take ownership of more briefs and stakeholder relationships.
- Content and video - Helping us make more from our content by editing photography and video into engaging assets for social, email and digital channels. You’ll have a good instinct for pace, framing and storytelling and be comfortable creating short-form edits from existing footage, as well as identifying opportunities to turn available content into something new.
- Bringing creative to life - You’ll support the production and delivery of creative across the business, including preparing artwork for print, adapting campaign assets, retouching imagery and creating digital assets across multiple formats. You’ll work with printers, packaging manufacturers and other suppliers under the direction of the Senior Creative, while maintaining high studio standards across artwork, asset sizing, photography sign-off, file naming and filing. You’ll ensure final assets are accurate, production-ready and easy for the wider business to find and use.
