We are seeking a creative and proactive Marketing & Communications Officer to support the delivery of Osprey’s marketing and communications activity.

Working closely with the Marketing & Communications Manager and Marketing & Communications Director, you will play a key role in creating engaging content, producing high-quality marketing materials, and bringing Osprey’s projects, people, and expertise to life through compelling storytelling. You will support the planning and delivery of marketing campaigns, help ensure all communications consistently reflect the quality of Osprey’s work, and build strong relationships across the business to uncover and share stories that showcase the company’s capabilities. This is an excellent opportunity for a communications professional who enjoys writing, collaborating with stakeholders, and contributing to impactful marketing initiatives.

What You’ll do:

  • Create engaging content for a range of channels, including website copy, news articles, case studies, project stories and LinkedIn posts.
  • Research, write and develop compelling content that showcases Osprey's projects, people, expertise and achievements.
  • Build strong relationships across the business to identify stories, successes and opportunities to promote Osprey's work.
  • Interview subject matter experts and transform complex technical information into clear, accessible and engaging communications.
  • Support the planning and delivery of marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels.
  • Produce and coordinate marketing materials, presentations, promotional assets and supporting collateral.
  • Assist with exhibitions, conferences, client events and other marketing initiatives to enhance brand visibility.
  • Conduct research and gather project information, statistics and evidence to support marketing and business development activities.
  • Stay up to date with marketing and communications trends, best practice and emerging opportunities.

Skills & Experience:

  • Qualification within Marketing (Degree based preferred).
  • Previous experience in a marketing, communications, content, or related role.
  • Excellent written communication skills with the ability to create clear, engaging and accurate content for different audiences and channels.
  • Strong storytelling abilities, with experience turning complex or technical information into compelling and accessible content.
  • Experience creating content for digital channels, including websites, social media and email communications.
  • Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and updating website content.
  • High attention to detail, with excellent proofreading and editing skills.
  • Comfortable working collaboratively as part of a team while also managing responsibilities independently.
