About the role

We are seeking an organised and proactive Operations Coordinator to support the effective delivery of day-to-day operational activities, ensuring accurate tracking of assets, resource availability, and workflow planning across relevant parts of the business. You will coordinate asset deployment, maintenance scheduling, workforce planning, and utilisation reporting, while maintaining clear and up-to-date operational systems and documentation. You will play a central role in ensuring processes run efficiently, downtime is minimised, and compliance standards are upheld. This is an entry level role and graduates/people starting out their careers are encouraged to apply.

Work Rotation - Monday-Friday

What You’ll do

  • Oversee the daily coordination and tracking of operational assets to meet business requirements
  • Handle asset booking requests and assist with planning and deployment of equipment
  • Keep accurate, real-time records of asset availability and any downtime
  • Schedule and manage maintenance activities, ensuring all servicing, inspections, and compliance standards are met
  • Assist with workforce and resource planning by aligning asset availability with project demands
  • Provide administrative support to Project Managers to ensure smooth project delivery

Skills & Experience

  • Any prior experience in administration, coordination, or support roles is advantageous
  • GCSEs (or equivalent) including English and Maths, demonstrating strong communication and numeracy skills
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office applications with solid knowledge of Word and Excel
  • Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple tasks, priorities, and deadlines
  • Proactive and solutions-focused, anticipating challenges and addressing them before they escalate
  • A strong team player, able to build effective working relationships and support colleagues in achieving shared goals
