As the Amazon & Marketplace Sales Director EMEA at Helen of Troy, you will lead Amazon and Marketplace initiatives to drive growth across all Helen of Troy brands in EMEA. Reporting to the Senior Director Online EMEA, you will mentor a Commercial team and own the Amazon/Marketplace P&L, strategy, negotiation, and collaboration with global stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Develop Amazon and Marketplace strategy in partnership with Senior Director Online EMEA.
  • Define roles and positioning for established (Amazon, Zalando) and emerging (Social Commerce, marketplace) channels, including 3‑5 year plans.
  • Explore, test and scale emerging marketplaces and Social Commerce channels (e.g., TikTok Shop) for selected brands.
  • Build business cases, define operating models, and set success metrics for emerging channels.
  • Negotiate terms with Amazon, Zalando, and other partners, maintaining strong relationships.
  • Lead and develop a team of 4 direct reports, fostering high performance and a collaborative culture.
  • Own financial performance: track revenue, margins, profitability and analyze sales data for growth opportunities.
  • Oversee day‑to‑day operations: product listings, inventory management, and order fulfillment.
  • Collaborate cross‑functionally with Marketing, Supply Chain, and Finance to align strategies.
  • Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance results and customer experience.
  • Develop and execute strategic key account plans for long‑term partnerships.

Qualifications

  • University degree in Business, Marketing, or equivalent.
  • 10+ years of related experience, including Amazon and Social Commerce strategy.
  • Proven negotiation skills with large e‑commerce partners.
  • Strong leadership experience managing high‑performing teams.
  • Solid financial acumen: P&L management and sales data analysis.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strategic thinker able to translate insights into actionable plans.
  • Authorized to work in the UK on a full‑time basis.
