Helen of Troy is hiring an IT Support Specialist in London, based at our Southwark/Waterloo offices, working full time in-office. You will provide end-user, both local and remote technical support of desktop and laptop hardware and software, diagnose problems, and install, configure, and repair computer systems including PCs, Macs, servers, and peripherals.
The role requires 2+ years of 1st/2nd line support, familiarity with Office apps, networking basics, and experience with Citrix/VMware.
