The Role
As a Regional Sales Consultant, you'll drive growth in the machine and device manufacturing sector across your territory. You'll own the full sales cycle β engaging senior management, supply chain professionals, and engineers β tailoring solutions that solve real problems and demonstrate the value of our products. Expect a mix of new business hunting and growing existing accounts, working closely with our distributor partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets
- Build strong relationships and identify new business opportunities and markets
- Maintain good relationships with our distributor sales partners
- Keep accurate CRM records
- Live our company values
Skills & Experience
- Technical expertise in automation and proven sales experience preferred
- Engineering-based technical qualification desirable
- No direct experience? If you're driven, competitive and great with people, we'll help you develop β apply anyway
- Current driving licence (company car provided) and passport for occasional European/international travel
