The Role
As a Key Accounts Sales Consultant, you'll drive growth in the machine and device manufacturing sector as part of our "win team." You'll own the full sales cycle for new strategic accounts — engaging senior management, supply chain professionals and engineers to design proposals that meet their needs and showcase our solutions. Your focus is winning new business and converting prospects into long‑term customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets
- Build strong relationships and identify new business opportunities within target accounts
- Maintain good relationships with our distributor sales partners
- Keep accurate CRM records
- Live our company values
Skills & Experience
- Technical expertise in automation and proven key account sales experience
- Engineering‑based technical qualification desirable
- Strong sales track record in related industries
- Current driving licence (company car provided) and passport for occasional European/international travel
