About the Role

We are recruiting on behalf of a well-established manufacturing business for a driven and confident Part-Time Business Development Executive to join their growing team. This is a varied and hands-on role, ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships over the phone, sales, and is comfortable supporting the wider team with day-to-day administration.

Key Responsibilities

  • Proactive outbound calling to engineering businesses to generate new leads and opportunities
  • Managing and nurturing a pipeline of prospective clients
  • Supporting the internal sales process from initial enquiry through to handover
  • Providing general administrative support to the sales and operations team
  • Maintaining accurate records within the CRM system
  • Liaising with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer experience

  • Confident and professional telephone manner with experience in outbound calling or telesales
  • Background in or exposure to the engineering, manufacturing, or technical sectors is advantageous
