About the Role
We are seeking a highly organised and proactive IT Operations & Project Coordinator to support a wide range of IT operational, administrative, governance, and project activities.
This role is focused on coordinating processes, managing IT administration, maintaining documentation, supporting service improvements, and helping to deliver projects and change initiatives across the business, rather than providing day-to-day technical support.
The ideal candidate will be a natural organiser who enjoys bringing structure to activities, coordinating people and processes, and ensuring actions are followed through to completion.
While this is not a hands-on technical support role, a basic understanding of IT systems, business applications, and IT operational processes is essential.
Strong organisational, communication, and coordination skills are equally important for success in this role.

Skills & Experience
Essential
- 2+ years’ experience in an IT administration, IT coordinator, service management, project support, application support, or similar role.
- Good understanding of IT services, business applications, and IT operational processes.
- Excellent organisational, documentation, and coordination skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience planning, coordinating, and testing of applications, processes, system changes, or service improvements.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities across operational and project activities.
- Experience producing reports, procedures, presentations, or other business documentation.
- Experience supporting IT projects, service improvements, or change initiatives
- Good proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications, including Excel, Word, Power Point, Teams, and Outlook
