A leading UK manufacturer and supplier of engineering consumable products is looking to appoint an Internal Sales Adviser near Preston. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established and growing organisation that services a wide range of industries across the UK and internationally. The successful candidate will support the Internal Sales Manager and play a vital role in processing enquiries, coordinating sales activities, and delivering excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handling customer enquiries from initial costing to quotation and final order processing
- Raising production work orders
- Answering and resolving inbound telephone queries
- Keeping CRM systems up to date with customer and supplier information
- Placing stock and purchase orders with approved suppliers
- Providing general administrative support as required
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Effective communicator with good decision-making and time management skills
