Area Sales Manager β Industrial Equipment Location: North West England Salary: Competitive + Commission + Company Vehicle + Benefits We are seeking an experienced Area Sales Manager to drive sales growth across the North West , developing both existing distributor relationships and new business opportunities . This role is ideal for a commercially driven sales professional with experience selling industrial or trade equipment through distribution channels , who enjoys building long-term partnerships and expanding market share. You will play a key role in developing the territory, identifying opportunities, launching new products and delivering sustainable revenue growth. Key Responsibilities Develop and grow sales across an established distributor network Identify and secure new business opportunities within the territory Build strong relationships with local and national distribution partners Develop and execute a territory sales plan to drive revenue growth Deliver proposals, quotations and follow-ups to secure new orders Work closely with internal teams to ensure high levels of customer service Candidate Requirements Proven B2B sales experience , ideally selling through distributors Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets Strong relationship-building and account management skills Experience negotiating pricing and commercial agreements Knowledge of industrial, machinery, engineering or trade equipment markets (Not essential) Self-motivated with the ability to manage a territory autonomously Whatβs on Offer ~ Competitive base salary ~ Uncapped commission structure ~ Company vehicle ~25 days holiday + bank holidays This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing organisation where you can take ownership of a territory, build strong customer relationships and deliver measurable sales growth .
