We are looking for a customer-focused professional to act as the main point of contact for a portfolio of contracted client accounts. This role sits between our clients and internal teams, managing technical queries and turning opportunities into confirmed work.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Serving as the go-to contact for client accounts, handling technical queries and issues
  • Attending client meetings and producing visit reports
  • Keeping clients updated on open queries and outstanding orders
  • Providing technical support to client accounts
  • Passing on leads and enquiries to the sales team
  • Keeping quotes and forecasts accurate and up to date
  • Planning ahead for upcoming client work and spares requirements
  • Supporting budgeting and forecasting for regular sales reviews
  • Occasional site visits, including offshore, as required

What We’re Looking For

Essential:

  • Relevant technical/industry experience
  • Experience in a customer-facing role

Desirable:

  • Apprenticeship or technical training background
  • Account management experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
  • Budgeting and forecasting experience
