Due to continued growth, we are looking for a motivated Technical Sales Advisor to join their field sales team covering Essex, East London and Kent.
The Role
This is a field-based B2B sales role focused on both new business development and account management. You will receive full product and technical training, plus ongoing support from a team with decades of industry expertise.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Growing your assigned sales territory through strategic prospecting and face-to-face client meetings
- Building strong, trust-based relationships with customers at all levels
- Identifying mechanical issues and offering technical solutions using our client’s specialist product range
- Demonstrating products in real-world applications (on-site)
- Maintaining and expanding existing accounts through quality support and service
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven B2B technical sales experience (industrial/mechanical/engineering environments preferred)
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build credibility and rapport quickly
- Self-motivated, success-driven, and able to work independently
- Willingness to learn; full product training and coaching provided
- A practical, hands-on approach and the ability to discuss mechanical challenges confidently (training provided)
- Full UK driving licence
