A well-established provider of industrial solutions is seeking an Area Sales Manager to drive sales of compressed air systems and associated capital equipment across the Midlands, South, and Southwest.
We’re looking for a technically capable, consultative sales professional who thrives in solution-led selling and understands the capital equipment sales cycle.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Developing new business and managing existing accounts across a well-established territory
- Selling compressed air systems and capital equipment to a wide range of industrial clients
- Owning the full sales process – from identifying opportunities to closing deals and supporting customer handover
- Building strong, long-term relationships with customers and partners
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in the compressed air industry
- A successful track record in capital equipment sales
- Ability to cover a large geographic territory with regular travel
- Strong commercial acumen and a consultative, solution-based approach
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Full UK driving licence
- Knowledge of rotary screw and reciprocating/piston compressors
- Familiarity with compressed air systems design and specification
- Experience working with a variety of industrial and engineering sector clients
