I am looking for experienced Electrical Installation Supervisors to join a high-performing engineering team delivering cutting-edge control systems.
The Role
- This is a hands-on, site-based role for a proactive problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
- You will take ownership of projects from survey through to installation, commissioning, and support ensuring everything is delivered safely, efficiently, and to the highest standard.
- Lead and supervise electrical installations on client sites.
- Survey, install, commission, and support control systems.
- Work predominantly on electrical systems with some exposure to PLCs (training provided).
- Ensure projects are delivered on time and to specification.
- This role involves UK travel (typically within 3 hours). Some overnight stays are required (~20%), with accommodation provided where needed.
- Hours: Full-time, 45 hours per week (Monday-Friday).
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 2 years electrical supervisory experience.
- Relevant electrical qualifications (C&G, NVQ Level 3, ONC/HNC/HND).
- 18th Edition (BS7671) essential.
- ECS Gold Card (or able to obtain).
- SSSTS/SMSTS (desirable).
- Background in installation, maintenance, or service environments.
- Experience with control panels, commissioning, or PLCs (advantageous).
- Knowledge of EPlan, AutoCAD or similar (beneficial).
- Strong communication skills.
- Full UK driving licence.
- Right to work in the UK.
