Osprey Court Care Home is a luxurious, purpose-built home in the peaceful Pitcrocknie Village, offering exceptional Residential, Dementia, Nursing, and Respite Care for 60 residents. The home is designed to promote independence, wellbeing, and dignity, creating a supportive environment where residents can thrive.
We are looking for a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse (RGN or RMN) to join our team, delivering outstanding care and supporting our staff to maintain the highest standards of clinical excellence.

What You Will Do
As a Registered Nurse, you will provide personalised care to residents, ensuring their safety, health, and dignity are always prioritised. You will develop and implement individual care plans, monitor residents’ health, and administer medications safely and accurately. Leading by example, you will organise and support your team, oversee shift handovers, respond promptly to health concerns and emergencies, and foster strong relationships with residents, families, and colleagues. You will encourage independence and engagement, creating a vibrant and supportive environment where residents feel valued, connected, and cared for.
What We’re Looking For
- Registered General or Mental Health Nurse (RGN or RMN) with an active NMC PIN
- Experience in care settings, with a commitment to improving residents’ quality of life
- Strong leadership and organisational skills to manage and support a team effectively
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with residents, families, and colleagues
- A compassionate, professional, and patient approach to care
