Nestled in the tranquil Pitcrocknie Village, Osprey Court is a purpose-built, luxury care home providing Residential, Dementia, Nursing, and Respite Care for 60 residents in a modern, multigenerational setting that puts wellbeing at the heart of everything we do. We are looking for an experienced Head Housekeeper to lead our housekeeping team and ensure the home remains clean, welcoming, and comfortable for all residents.

What You Will Do
As Head Housekeeper, you will set the standard for cleanliness, comfort, and pride across the home. You will manage and support a dedicated housekeeping team, leading by example and ensuring every resident’s room, corridor, and communal area reflects our high standards. Your role includes supervising daily housekeeping operations, training and motivating staff, monitoring quality, and maintaining a safe and hygienic environment throughout the home.
