As a full‑cycle Account Executive, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth across the Western Hemisphere, covering the UK and European markets. This is an end‑to‑end sales role where you will own the entire customer journey from prospecting and qualifying leads to closing deals. You will work closely with marketing and cross‑functional teams to build pipeline, engage prospects, and convert opportunities into customers. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced environment and enjoys both hunting for new business and closing deals.

What You'll Do
- Own the full sales cycle: outbound prospecting, inbound qualification, discovery, product demos, negotiation, and closing
- Build and manage a strong pipeline across UK and European markets
- Engage with prospects via email, calls, and virtual meetings to understand their needs and position solutions effectively
- Generate pipeline through consistent outbound prospecting (daily phone, email, WhatsApp, LinkedIn) within an assigned territory.
- Build and execute territory strategy and account plans to proactively drive larger, higher‑intent opportunities.
- Partner with SDRs to run sequences and accelerate sales cycle.
- Drive deals forward with urgency, overcoming objections and navigating stakeholders
- Collaborate closely with marketing on campaigns, lead generation, and messaging
- Maintain accurate records of all activities and opportunities in CRM systems
- Forecast pipeline and revenue with a high degree of accuracy
- Continuously identify opportunities to improve sales processes and conversion rates
Who You Are
- Experience: 2‑3 years in a full‑cycle sales / Account Executive role with a proven track record of hitting or exceeding quota
- 1+ year quota‑carrying role in outbound sales.
- Strategic, solution‑oriented seller with a track record of creating and progressing deals proactively.
- Strong operator - runs a plan, collaborates tightly with SDRs, and keeps clean CRM discipline.
- Communication: Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)
- Tech‑Savvy: Proficient with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and modern sales tools
- Self‑Starter: Able to work independently in a remote environment and manage time effectively across time zones
- Execution‑Focused: Strong ability to balance consultative selling with decisive execution

- Market Exposure: Experience selling into UK and/or European markets is highly preferred
