This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced environment and enjoys both hunting for new business and closing deals.

What to Expect

  • You’ll handle real client accounts, not dummy data
  • Accuracy matters — mistakes don’t hide for long
  • You’ll communicate with clients and internal teams regularly

What You'll Do

  • Own the full sales cycle: outbound prospecting, inbound qualification, discovery, product demos, negotiation, and closing
  • Build and manage a strong pipeline across UK and some North American markets
  • Engage with prospects via email, calls, and virtual meetings to understand their needs and position solutions effectively
  • Drive deals forward with urgency, overcoming objections and navigating stakeholders
  • Collaborate closely with marketing on campaigns, lead generation, and messaging
  • Maintain accurate records of all activities and opportunities in CRM systems
  • Forecast pipeline and revenue with a high degree of accuracy
  • Continuously identify opportunities to improve sales processes and conversion rates

Who You Are

  • Experience: 2-3 years in a full-cycle sales / Account Executive role with a proven track record of hitting or exceeding quota
  • Communication: Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Tech‑Savvy: Proficient with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and modern sales tools
  • Self‑Starter: Able to work independently in a remote environment and manage time effectively across time zones
  • Execution‑Focused: Strong ability to balance consultative selling with decisive execution

You’ll leave this role better than you started.

Non Negotiables

  • Market Exposure: Experience selling into UK and/or North American markets is highly preferred
  • Prospecting Skills: Comfortable generating your own pipeline in addition to working inbound leads

Benefits

  • The opportunity to join a goal‑driven startup with big ambitions
  • An open, inclusive working environment, with founders deeply‑rooted in the startup space
  • An agile working model focused on goals and performance
  • International environment with diverse culture
  • Competitive remuneration package
  • Training and professional growth allowance up to $30,000 per year
