We are seeking a high-energy, results-driven Talent Partner to join a leading global name in Prestige Beauty. This is a pivotal role supporting a portfolio of high-end, luxury skincare and cosmetic brands that sit at the intersection of clinical efficacy and premium lifestyle.
You will be responsible for the end-to-end talent acquisition strategy and execution across multiple European markets, ensuring we attract top-tier talent for a business that is scaling rapidly.
The Role
This is a hands-on delivery role. You won't just be advising; you will be "in the trenches" managing a consistent pipeline of approximately 15 active requisitions at any given time. Your focus will be on maintaining high standards of candidate experience while meeting rigorous efficiency targets.

- KPI Driven Performance: Drive excellence against core metrics, with a primary focus on Time to Hire and Cost per Hire without compromising on talent caliber.
- Stakeholder Management: Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers across different cultures and regions, providing market insights and robust interviewing frameworks.
- Sourcing Strategy: Utilize advanced headhunting techniques and social sourcing to identify passive talent in the competitive beauty and luxury sectors.
