What we need:

  • 5+ years in senior B2B sales leadership.
  • Proven experience building and scaling outbound desk-based sales teams.
  • Strong understanding of structured pipeline management and forecasting.
  • CRM fluency, ideally Salesforce.
  • High accountability, resilience, and commercial judgement.
  • A data-led leader capable of driving a performance culture at pace.

What you’ll do:

  • Own outbound revenue and pipeline generation against budget and stretch targets.
  • Design and optimise the outbound operating model and qualification frameworks.
  • Build and scale a high-performance sales culture through structured coaching and call listening.
  • Drive commercial rigour by identifying performance gaps early and implementing corrective action plans.
  • Lead cross-functional execution to ensure outbound strategy supports broader growth priorities.
  • Maintain disciplined weekly forecasting and performance rhythms.
