They are looking to hire a Field Sales Manager to lead a team of Outbound Field Account Executives who are empowering restaurants to simplify and scale their operations through restaurant technology.

Base salary: £77,000
Variable: £51,333
OTE: £128,333
What you'll be doing:
- Leading and coaching a team of field account executives across Scotland
- Getting out in the field daily walk-ins, live demos, and supporting your team in real time
- Driving new business growth and owning your team's revenue targets
- Forecasting and reporting through Salesforce, with a sharp eye on conversion
- Partnering cross-functionally to deliver a seamless customer experience
What we are looking for:
- Proven experience leading and hiring a field sales team
- Full-cycle sales management — from prospecting to close
- Salesforce experience for reporting and forecasting
- A passion for outbound, field-first selling
- SaaS or hospitality background is necessary
