Our client is a global technology leader that designs, develops, and manufactures IT hardware and software. This role is part of an EMEA Power and Cooling team, focusing on the fast-growing AI-ready datacentre business.

You will have an understanding of data centre and IT solution power delivery architectures, cooling architectures, and heat transfer. You can be based anywhere in Europe but must be open to a degree of international travel.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Deciphering complex RFP requirements related to facility cooling infrastructure and helping IT architects design an IT solution that fits within those limitations.
  • Architecting complex power and cooling solutions for air and water-cooled IT solutions.
  • Being actively involved in the physical installation of complex IT systems that are air or water-cooled.
  • Providing engineering guidance over a wide range of disciplines (power/electrical, mechanical, thermal, plumbing, controls).
