We are looking for a commercially savvy, target-driven Senior National Account Manager to join a globally recognized, purpose-driven beauty brand. This is an urgent 4-month contract designed for a heavyweight professional who can accelerate sales growth and cultivate high-level retail relationships within the specialty beauty sector.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Key Account Management
- Strategy & Execution: Develop and drive sales growth strategies and action plans to hit net, retail, and profit targets.
- Forecasting & Analysis: Own the retail sales forecasting and analyze business performance to provide strategic recommendations.
- KPI Reporting: Track opportunity waterfalls and lead KPIs to ensure a closed-loop between marketing and sales efforts.
- Retail Operations: Manage in-store assortments, fixture types, and visual merchandising across multiple channels.
- Team Leadership: Oversee retail sales staff through recruitment, training, and performance appraising.
- Product Marketing Liaison: Communicate product opportunities and GWP (Gift with Purchase) needs to global teams while managing retailer approvals.
- 360 Marketing: Build comprehensive retail marketing programs, utilizing .com levers, animations, events, and social media to drive brand awareness.
- Sampling & Negotiation: Negotiate and manage the execution of sampling programs and brand placement opportunities.
The Ideal Candidate
- Experience: 8+ years in sales and marketing within the Beauty and Specialty Retail sector (experience with high-end specialty retailers is essential).
- Analytical Mindset: Highly numerate and proficient at using data and trends to make strategic business recommendations.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Leadership: Proven ability to manage teams and multiple projects under tight deadlines.
- Tech Savvy: Advanced proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred.
