Osmani Trust is a youth and community organisation providing a range of youth, employment, mentoring, health & sports and social welfare services to diverse communities in Tower Hamlets and surrounding boroughs. We are seeking to recruit a dynamic and experienced individual to reduce the impact of youth violence and gang related crime through a transformational process of development work with targeted peer groups in identified high risk neighbourhoods/wards in Tower Hamlets. The individual will need to have the ability to work well under pressure, meet tight deadlines and targets within agreed time and budget.
