We are a dynamic and growing boutique medical group seeking a skilled, compassionate, and dedicated Clinic Nurse to join our medical team. The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering high-quality patient care and supporting doctors in providing excellent medical services.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive patient care and education, including taking vital signs, administering and dispensing medications, and performing nursing procedures as directed by the doctors.
- Assist doctors during patient consultations, examinations, and minor procedures.
- Accurately document patient care activities and maintain up-to-date medical records in the electronic medical record (EMR) system.
- Coordinate patient care with doctors, nurses, and other healthcare support staff to ensure continuity of care.
- Adhere strictly to infection control protocols and maintain a clean, safe, and well-organised clinical environment.
- Support reception and administrative duties, as well as other nursing-related tasks, as required.
Requirements
- Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid practising licence in Singapore.
- Minimum of 3 years' clinical experience, preferably in primary care or family medicine.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a patient-centric approach.
- Proficient in using electronic medical record systems.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
Education
- Diploma (Associate Degree) or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing.
