What You’ll Be Doing
- Own full-cycle recruiting for multiple functions across global offices — from sourcing to offer management.
- Partner closely with hiring managers to define what “great” looks like and deliver quality talent, fast.
- Prioritise with precision — you’ll manage high-volume hiring while keeping quality and candidate experience top of mind.
- Act as a brand ambassador who brings passion, consistency, and professionalism to every interaction.
- Leverage data and insights to drive smarter hiring decisions and continuous improvement.

Who You Are
- 5+ years of recruitment experience, ideally with a strong agency background or a fast-paced, high-growth business.
- Proven ability to manage multiple roles and deadlines simultaneously without losing focus on quality.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills — confident, clear, and collaborative.
- Resilient, resourceful, and laser-focused on results; you know how to prioritise what truly matters.
- Fluent in English and Mandarin.
- Culturally adaptable and comfortable working in a diverse business environment.
- Experience recruiting in crypto, fintech, or Web3.
- Based in Europe, or willing to relocate there.
