What You’ll Be Doing

  • Own full-cycle recruiting for multiple functions across global offices — from sourcing to offer management.
  • Partner closely with hiring managers to define what “great” looks like and deliver quality talent, fast.
  • Prioritise with precision — you’ll manage high-volume hiring while keeping quality and candidate experience top of mind.
  • Act as a brand ambassador who brings passion, consistency, and professionalism to every interaction.
  • Leverage data and insights to drive smarter hiring decisions and continuous improvement.
  • Champion speed, accountability, and results — we celebrate people who get it done.

Who You Are

  • 5+ years of recruitment experience, ideally with a strong agency background or a fast-paced, high-growth business.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple roles and deadlines simultaneously without losing focus on quality.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills — confident, clear, and collaborative.
  • Resilient, resourceful, and laser-focused on results; you know how to prioritise what truly matters.
  • Fluent in English and Mandarin.
  • Culturally adaptable and comfortable working in a diverse business environment.
  • Experience recruiting in crypto, fintech, or Web3.
  • Based in Europe, or willing to relocate there.
