We are seeking a strategic, results-driven Business Development Specialist/ Manager who is strong in FX/ CFD to spearhead our lead generation efforts. You can be based anywhere and the primary responsibility will be to identify and generate qualified business leads, nurture them through proven lead-generation methodologies, and convert them into meetings with our Sales Manager.

To power OSL Banxa’s lead generation, you will design scalable systems and processes, and lead a team to execute these consistently. Your role will be instrumental in fueling our sales pipeline and expanding our reach into key markets such as fintechs, crypto wallets, exchanges, and payment providers. It is a unique opportunity to build a team to execute business development but also perform this themselves.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead sourcing
  • Development of processes for lead sourcing that use tools such as LinkedIn and Apollo.io
  • Development of processes to consolidate, segment and enrich lead data in CRM.
  • Measurement of the lead sourcing processes against KPIs.
  • Outbound lead generation
  • Development of processes for outreach to leads on email, LinkedIn, Telegram and X.com and booking sales meetings
  • Training and management of SDRs / BDRs to perform outreach processes
  • Measurement of the performance of the outreach processes and SDRs / BDRs.
  • Continuous improvement of the outreach processes to achieve KPIs.
  • Inbound lead generation
  • Speaking at conferences, events, webinars and AMAs to build brand awareness and attract new business leads.
  • Building a network of referral partners and introducers that refer business leads.
  • Sales and marketing
  • Booking sales meetings with inbound leads
  • Attending sales meetings to handover inbound leads to sales managers.
  • Work collaboratively with marketing managers to plan events and produce collateral.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree or above in Business, Operations, or related field.
  • 2 + years in business development and sales in the CFD/FX industry and business environment
  • Candidates from IG Group, CMC Markets, Plus500, Saxo, eToro, IBKR, IC Markets, Pepperstone, FP Markets, XMFxPro, Capital.com is highly preferred
  • Experience in, or at the very least, an interest in, cryptocurrency and blockchain
  • Proven ability to work across timezones.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
  • Fluent in English or Mandarin.
